Las Piñas awarded 'Safe City' in Metro Manila

THE Philippine National Police awarded Las Piñas as the 'Safe City' in the National Capital Region (NCR) during the 121st Police Service Anniversary held recently at the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) Hinirang Hall, Taguig City.

City police chief Col. Jaime Santos presented the plaque of recognition to Mayor Imelda Aguilar on August 15 signed by NCRPO Director MGen. Felipe Natividad. With the attained achievement, Aguilar congratulated the local police for making Las Piñas a safer place to live with.
