BULACAN Gov. Daniel Fernando has temporarily lifted the implementation of his Executive Order (EO) 21 suspending mining and quarry operations in the province of Bulacan.
On Thursday, October 20, the governor met with the mining sector and truckers association where at least 350 operators from trucking/ haulers companies, processing plants such as crushing/ pulverizing/cement/blasting companies and bentonite/boulders operators throughout the province attended at Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center in the City of Malolos.
