THE Commission on Elections (Comelec) will find itself in a fix if the Supreme Court will rule against the postponement of the village and Sangguniang Kabataan elections set in December this year.

Comelec Chairman George Erwin Garcia admitted that it will be difficult for the poll body to meet certain deadlines and prepare for the elections if the high court will find the postponement unconstitutional.
