A SENIOR official of the Department of Agriculture (DA) has issued a gag order prohibiting officials of the agency from granting interviews as well as issuing statements and press releases without his clearance.
Agriculture Senior Undersecretary Domingo Panganiban directed all bureau directors, heads of attached agencies and corporations, regional directors, and heads of DA banner programs to comply with the memorandum.
