First PH GSCP science diplomat to maximize positive change

The international peace and security training foundation has recently selected Banaguas to become the first Filipino science diplomat to join its roster of esteemed fellows for its Global Fellowship Initiative (GFI).

Banaguas will discuss his studies and humanitarian efforts in Southeast Asia and the Philippines. He will perform a thorough intersectional research on security, inclusion, resilience and sustainability for the local population alongside other fellows from across the world.
