ArthaLand P3-B bond issue rated PRS Aa

ARTHALAND Corp. (ALCO) said on Wednesday that the Philippine Rating Services Corp. (PhilRatings) has assigned an issue credit rating of PRS Aa, with a stable outlook, to the company's proposed fixed-rate Asean green bond issuance amounting to P3.0 billion.

This represents the second and final tranche of the company's three-year shelf registration of up to P6.0 billion.
