TABUK CITY, Kalinga: The Kalinga State University through the College of Public Administration and Indigenous Governance recently launched the signature campaign to support the immediate passage of a pending bill in Congress that seeks to establish the Cordillera Autonomous Region (CAR).
The signature drive is part of the activities that had been lined up by the provincial government in celebration of the Indigenous Peoples month with the theme "Cordillera Lumin-away."
