A petition by a farmers' party-list group against the proclamation of an alleged non-member as its representative was filed a day late before the Supreme Court after the supposed winning candidate took his oath as a member of the House of Representatives on Monday.
Robert Gerard Nazal Jr. was sworn in as Magsasaka Party-list representative by Judge Jose Paneda of the Quezon City Regional Trial Court Branch 220, according to a statement issued on Wednesday.
