DMCI declares special cash dividend

DMCI Holdings Inc. (DMCI) announced that its board of directors approved the declaration of P0.72 per common share in special cash dividends for several shareholders on record as of Nov. 2, 2022.

The disclosure said the ex-dividend date will be on Oct. 27, 2022, while the payment will be made on Nov. 16, 2022.
