IN its desire to build a better life for poor but deserving students, the City of Parañaque — led by Mayor Eric Olivarez — began the distribution of scholarship grants, known as the Mayor Eric Olivarez College Education Financial Assistance Program, for the school semester 2021 to 2022 at the Parañaque Sports Complex in Parañaque City on October 6.
