TUGUEGARAO CITY: Typhoon "Neneng" wrought havoc in Cagayan, triggering floods and landslides in 12 northernmost towns in the province on Sunday.
Cagayan Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (PDRRMO) reports showed that 2,003 families or 6,911 people fled to evacuation centers, some of them also evacuated when Typhoon "Maymay" struck a few days ago. Some of the villagers stayed at the houses of their relatives.
