Poll postponement challenged before SC

THE constitutionality of the law postponing the barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections (BSKE) was challenged in the Supreme Court on Monday.

Prominent election lawyer Romulo Macalintal asked the high court to declare as unconstitutional Republic Act 11935, the law that postponed the BSKE which had been scheduled this December.
