Thousands of personnel deployed on All Saints' Day

A TOTAL of 2,200 police personnel will be deployed in southern Metro Manila in a bid to ensure peaceful and orderly commemoration of All Saints' Day and All Souls' Day, a ranking official said.

Philippine National Police's Southern Police District (SPD) director BGen. Kirby John Brion Kraft said that 700 of these personnel are policemen, around 500 are members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, Philippine Army, Bureau of Fire Protection and Philippine Coast Guard tasked to man the Libingan ng mga Bayani in Fort Andres Bonifacio in Taguig City.
