Marcos declares October 31 a holiday

FILIPINOS will have a long weekend when they remember their dead in November.

President Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. has declared October 31, which falls on a Monday, a special non-working holiday throughout the country, Malacañang announced on Tuesday.
