THE Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) said on Tuesday that it will study the petition filed by several transport groups to charge jeepney and bus passengers a surge fee during rush hours.
In a statement, the LTFRB said it understands the arguments raised by the transport groups, especially that the concern is to increase earning of drivers and conductors.
