THE family of slain broadcaster Percival Mabasa, or popularly known as Percy Lapid, welcomed the surrender of one of the alleged gunmen.
This statement was released on the Facebook account of Lapid's brother and fellow veteran journalist Roy Mabasa on Tuesday, after Joel Estorial gave himself up on Tuesday.
