Semirara declares record dividends

CONSUNJI-LED Semirara Mining and Power Corp.'s (SMPC) Board of Directors on Monday approved the declaration of P3.50 per outstanding common share in special cash dividends for shareholders as of October 31.

'[The] ex-dividend date will be on October 26, while payment will be made on November 15,' said Semirara.
