THE open government partnership (OGP) initiative should be institutionalized to strengthen governance in the Philippines, Budget Secretary Amenah Pangandaman said.
"There is great value in moving the PH-OGP (the Philippines' OGP effort) forward, institutionalizing OGP in government and engaging more partners," said Pangandaman, who concurrently serves as chairman and secretariat of the country's steering committee.
