Demand for sustainability in real estate increasing

GLOBAL real estate management firm Colliers said demand for sustainability and going green for real estate properties is increasing.

Research associate director Joey Bondoc pointed out that from 2022 to 2025, the company saw about 30 percent of new office supply in Metro Manila having Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) or WELL certifications.
