Illo's Home Buffet opens in Makati

THE third restaurant branch called Illo's Home Buffet in Makati opens. The restaurant is one of the branches of Illo's Party Tray which was born in Paranaque in December 2019 founded by Saturnino 'Chef N' Rovillos and his wife Anne.

The food business became a social media sensation as artists and celebrities expressed their approval regarding their products online. But when the pandemic hit the country early in 2020, Chef N immediately transformed into a ghost kitchen setup to keep the business afloat.
