Aboitiz inks deal for Camarines Sur wind plant

ABOITIZ Power Corp., through its subsidiary Aboitiz Renewables Inc. (ARI), has entered into a joint venture agreement with global renewable energy firm Mainstream Renewable Power to build a 90-megawatt (MW) onshore wind project in Libmanan, Camarines Sur.

In a disclosure to the Philippines Stock Exchange, AboitizPower said that the commercial enterprise benefits from the combination of AboitizPower's local expertise in renewable energy (RE) and Mainstream's specialty in renewable energy development.
