Non-index crimes down by 3% - PNP

THE Philippine National Police (PNP) said that its sustained anti-criminality drive has resulted in a drop in non-index crimes in the country.

Index crimes pertain to crimes against person and crimes against property, including murder, homicide, physical injury, rape, carnapping/carjacking, and cattle rustling.
