THE Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) and Private Electric Power Operators Association (PEPOA) discussed points for cooperation in order to address the delays in the resolution of Capital Expenditure (capex) applications, Power Supply Agreement approvals, and other pending cases of private Distribution Utilities (DUs) in the government.
The discussion between the two agencies were executed through a courtesy meeting led by ERC Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer Monalisa Dimalanta and Commissioners Catherine Maceda and Floresinda Baldo-Digal, along with the member DUs of the PEPOA headed by its President Atty. Ranulfo Ocampo.
