DITO Telecommunity said on Thursday it believes that there was "no material breach" in the deal with PLDT Inc.
In a disclosure to Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), DITO said it is discussing issues with PLDT Inc.'s notice of material breach and demand for payment for contracted services formally sent by the dominant telecommunications company.
