Creamline started its Grand Slam bid with a 25-22, 25-18, 26-28, 25-22 win over PLDT in the 2022 Premier Volleyball League (PVL) Reinforced Conference on Thursday at the PhilSports Arena.

With this year's Open and Invitational Conference MVP Tots Carlos rested for the game, the back-to-back champs were led by Alyssa Valdez, who is back after contracting dengue fever last August.
