MMSU, PhilRice feature Ilocano hero in rice paddy art

THIS year's Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU) paddy art project features the facial image of General Artemio Ricarte, an Ilocano hero known as the Father of the Philippine Army.

The art is located at the MMSU Extension Demonstration Area in Batac City, Ilocos Norte.
