THE Department of Transportation (DoTr) said it sees "no issue" with Grab Philippines acquiring Move It, a local transport solutions provider that is pushing for motorcycle taxi services legalization in the country.
In an interview, Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista said that there is no need to review the deal between Grab and Move It "because it is a transaction."
