National University (NU) scored its 100th straight win in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) women's basketball tournament with a masterful 79-44 triumph over University of the Philippines (UP) on Wednesday, October 12, at the University of Santo Tomas (UST) Quadricentennial Pavilion (QPav) in Sampaloc, Manila.

With their decimation of the Fighting Maroons, the seven-peat seeking Lady Bulldogs became the very first team in Philippine sports history to win 100 consecutive games in a single tournament.
