MALACAÑANG on Wednesday said it would lay down programs to fight fake news after a poll showed that nine of 10 Filipinos consider it as a problem in the Philippines.
Speaking to reporters during a Palace briefing, Office of the Press Secretary (OPS) officer-in-charge Cheloy Garafil acknowledged that the proliferation of fake news is a "serious" issue that needs to be addressed.
