THE local bourse managed to stay in the green on Tuesday, advancing 14.79 points, or 0.25 percent, to settle at 5,847.37 amid bargain hunting after three straight days of decline.
Regina Capital Development Corp. Managing Director Luis Limlingan said the Philippine Stock Exchange index closed moderately higher as investors weighed comments from JPMorgan Chief Executive Officer Jamie Dimon.
