Imus mayor bares plans, concerns

IMUS City Mayor Alex Advincula, popularly known as 'AA' or 'Double A,' is setting himself as the prototype of transparency and accountability in governance and public service.

Before he was mayor, AA was a municipal councilor, board member and representative of the third district of Cavite.
