Denver Chua is a first-term mayor of Cavite City who aims to raise the standard of living of his constituents. Right off the bat, the 37-year-old mayor initiated the opening of a birthing center, rehabilitation of the public market, installation of a water supply system and distribution of financial assistance to indigent residents, among others. The Manila Times correspondent Dennis Abrina talked to the mayor and asked him about his plans for Cavite City under his three-year leadership.
