Parañaque mayor gives state of the city address

ON the occasion marking his first 100 days in office, City of Parañaque Mayor Eric Olivarez delivered his state of the city address (Socad) on Monday, Oct. 10, 2022.

With key city constituents and select media invitees as its audience all decked out in their best Filipiniana attire, the Socad was held at the Parañaque City Sports Complex in San Antonio Valley 1, Barangay San Antonio, at 3 p.m.
