PNP custodial chief relieved

THE chief of the Philippine National Police (PNP) custodial center where former senator Leila de Lima was briefly held hostage by a detainee on Sunday has been relieved.

The PNP chief Gen. Rodolfo Azurin Jr. announced the relief of LtCol Patrick Ramillano in a radio interview on Monday.
