Pagasa monitors 2 LPAs

THE Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) is closely monitoring two low pressure areas (LPAs) inside and outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).

Weather forecaster Obet Badrina said that the first LPA was spotted some 590 kilometers east of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan while the other outside PAR was at 1,880 kms east of Eastern Visayas.
