FEU acquires stake in Good Samaritan College for P70M

FAR Eastern University's (FEU) board of trustees has authorized the acquisition of 34 percent of the outstanding capital stock of Good Samaritan Colleges Inc. (GSC) at the subscription price of P70 million.

In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange, FEU said it signed an investment agreement with GSC to acquire a total of 77,273 shares in the Nueva Ecija-based educational institution.
