PRC aids restoration of 'Karding'-hit Burdeos National High School

THE Philippine Red Cross (PRC) delivered 150 corrugated galvanized iron (CGI) sheets and 10 plain sheets for Burdeos National High School, which was damaged when Typhoon 'Karding' (international name: 'Noru') made its first landfall in Burdeos, Quezon on September 25.

This fulfilled the directive of PRC Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Richard 'Dick' Gordon to focus recovery activities on schools and the livelihood of famers and fisherfolk, affected by the typhoon.
