CHR probes Aurora board exec's murder

THE Commission on Human Rights (CHR) is conducting an independent investigation into the killing of a former board member of Aurora province, his wife and his driver.

In a statement received by The Manila Times, the CHR has strongly condemned the murder of Narciso Amansec, who was also a former Dipaculao, Aurora vice mayor.
