F. Sionil Jose widow dies

THE Philippine Center of International PEN (poets, essayists, novelists) on Friday has confirmed the death of Teresita J. Jose, the widow of the late National Artist and literary figure F. Sionil Jose.

'It is with profound sadness that the Philippine Center of International PEN mourns the passing of Teresita Jovellanos Jose, wife of the late National Artist F. Sionil Jose, and a great mother and friend to Filipino writers,' the group posted on their Facebook page.
