House offers P5-M reward for Lapid killers' arrest

The House of Representatives offered a reward of P5 million for anyone who can give information that will lead to the arrest of the killers of broadcaster Percy Lapid (Percival Mabasa).

Lapid was shot dead in Las Piñas City on Oct. 3, 2022.
