Marcos reappoints DICT chief

(UPDATE) PRESIDENT Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. has issued an ad interim appointment to Ivan John Uy as secretary of the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT).

Uy was among the Cabinet secretaries who had been bypassed because the Commission on Appointments did not act on their appointments before Congress adjourned last week.
