Maceda Jr. named Comelec commissioner

(UPDATE) PRESIDENT Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. has named Ernesto Maceda Jr. as commissioner of the Commission on Elections (Comelec).

The son of the late Senate president Ernesto Maceda will replace commissioner George Garcia whose appointment as Comelec chairman has been approved by the Commission on Appointments.
