THE city government of Bacolod has identified 22 flood-prone areas following a heavy downpour on Monday, October 3.
Mayor Alfredo "Albee" Benitez, after meeting with Vice Mayor El Cid Familiaran and personnel from the Department of Public Works and Highways, Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, and City Engineer's Office on Tuesday morning, said short- and long-term plans will be put in place to alleviate the problem.
