PH Coast Guard personnel tops training school in US

A Philippine Coast Guard personnel has topped the Gunner's Mate 'A' School Class 03-2022 at the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Training Center in Yorktown, Virginia.

According to the PCG, Petty Officer Third Class (PO3) Jean Paul Tolin garnered a course final grade of 97.1 percent, besting 16 USCG students, three other PCG personnel and a Lebanese Navy personnel.
