First lady Marie Louise "Liza" Araneta-Marcos on Wednesday commended teachers for their sacrifice, especially during the pandemic, urging them to keep the faith and hold their heads up high.
"They say that teaching is a noble profession, and I believe in that, as to be a good teacher, you have to be organized and think carefully of ways and means to make your subject more interesting to your students," Araneta-Marcos said in her speech during the National Teacher's Day celebration in Bangued, Abra.
