BATANGAS State University (BatStateU), The National Engineering University (The NEU), was placed at the forefront of development as it held two inauguration ceremonies for its state-of-the-art infrastructures including the Learning Development Center (LDC) and the Gateway to Greatness: Gate 4 Facade on Sept. 23, 2022.

With a total floor area of 1,731.91 square meters, the first LDC of BatStateU Integrated School is a three-story building which accommodates the school's increasing population that frames intentional activities and outcomes. It provides a learning space for creative thinking, learning interaction, collaboration and innovation.
