Ayala Logistics enters data center business

AYALALAND Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) and FLOW Digital Infrastructure entered into agreements to develop and operate carrier-neutral data centers across the Philippines.

In a disclosure posted on the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), AyalaLand said the agreement is under the framework agreement signed last May 6, 2022 to commence the intended joint venture partnership activities.
