Malico residents say they belong to Pangasinan

LINGAYEN, Pangasinan: All his life, Malico barangay captain Jaime Segundo had known that his village belonged to the town of San Nicolas in Pangasinan.

Segundo, 61, said that it was in this mountain village where he was born and grew up. He said he has always been proud of San Nicolas as the town of his birth.
