SENATE President Juan Miguel "Migz" Zubiri and House Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez led the ceremonial signing of the first two enrolled bills of the 19th Congress, namely the SIM Registration Act (Senate Bill 1310/House Bill 14) and the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections Postponement Act (SB 1306/HB 4673).
These are the first two bills to be submitted by the 19th Congress to Malacañang for President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr.'s signature.
