WATER search and rescue (Wasar) skills by the Philippine Coast Guard personnel were further intensified in response to the typhoon season that has already begun pelting the country.
The Wasar course was convened by the Coast Guard District National Capital Region-Central Luzon (CGDNCR-CL) on Monday at the Parade Ground of Coast Guard Base Farola in Binondo, Manila.
